Singing for social change | Bara’em Ghirass

Every second Monday of the month, Tolhuistuin invites you to come sing for social change! Experience the joy of singing: for yourself, as part of the group, and for change. You can join this vocal circle without any experience singing, without needing to know any songs beforehand, or being able to read music – if you like to sing, you’re welcome!

The events will be led by Nicoline Snaas, with years of experience as singer, teacher, workshop leader and conductor. Proceeds of the vocal circles will go to support the work of Musicians Without Borders. You can buy a donation ticket or make a donation after the event ends.

The theme for this month’s vocal circle is our program Bara’em Ghirass. Joining us is Jawa Manla, a Syrian Oud player and singer, and ambassador of Musicians Without Borders.
