War divides. Poverty divides. Racism divides. Injustice divides.
In times of crisis, we rediscover what's important in life, and what isn't. Whose work is essential? Who contributes, gives back to society? What keeps us going, what brings us together?
For over 20 years, we've answered those questions with music. Wherever people have been driven apart, forced to flee, pushed to their very limits. Just like many others around the world, now isolated and divided by a pandemic, we find connection in music.
People in situations of conflict need music, now more than ever. Musicians Without Borders is bringing music to refugee camps, marginalized communities and divided cities. Online, for now. But in the future: in the same place, face to face. We need to hold onto these connections, so we can move forward together.
Let's amplify this sound - now, more than ever: music connects.
To continue to bring music and hope where it's needed most, we need to raise €25,000 during the month of June. Can we count on your support?
