Musicians without Borders invites applications for a Training of Trainers in July 2015. We are looking for musicians with experience in community work and/or social activism who are interested in expanding their skills based on our unique expertise.
For over 15 years, our team of trainers have been running community music programs in places struggling with trauma, fear and isolation as a result of war and conflict.
The training content corresponds with the overall mission of Musicians without Borders: to use music to connect communities, bridge divides, and heal the wounds of war. Our three core values, which run as a thread throughout the training, are:

Time: Five day-long training sessions, 14-18 July
Place: Lioba School of Peace / School Voor Vrede, Egmond Binnen, The Netherlands
Cost: We are working to keep the cost of participation low. We now estimate the price at 500-700 Euros per person including all training and material costs and full room and board. Participants must cover their own travel expenses.
Please note that we have received more applications than there are available places in the training. We will review all applications and contact applicants regarding a final decision by April 1.
