| Instruments for Peace Through the Instrument Fund, MwB distributes donated instruments to projects and individuals in the Netherlands and abroad. Maintained through generous individual and organizational donations of money and instruments, the Instrument Fund is also supported by Dutch music schools in the country’s various regions, which serve as depots for donated instruments, and by Alkmaar’s Theater de Vest, which provides storage space (MwB accepts musical instruments in good condition).

Professional quality instruments are distributed to conservatory students or to professional musicians, for example, in Sarajevo. Other instruments go to MwB projects and students.
