| Music for children in Refugee Centers In collaboration with the National Foundation to Encourage Happiness, MwB musicians make music with children in refugee centers across the Netherlands. In 'Be Heard', MwB trains volunteer musicians to work in teams with groups of children for ten-week periods. In the workshop finale, the children and volunteers present a musical program developed out of their work together.

Having fun with music gives children the opportunity to discover and expand their own creative selves. The long-term goal of the project is to create a pool of volunteers to offer music activities to children in asylum seekers' centers on a regular basis throughout the Netherlands. |
