My dream: becoming Bosnia’s first professional
oboist!
Now that I have completed my studies at the secondary
music school I am faced with the problem of not having
a proper oboe. In our entire country, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
there is not one professional oboist, and I hope to become
the first! However, I am unable to buy a new oboe,
or a second hand oboe of good quality, in order to continue
further education at the Music Academy as well as to perform
in the orchestras, especially ‘Winds of Change’
and ‘Arion’. This problem complicates my participation
in different competitions, courses and seminars.
Your donation can make the difference
I would be grateful for your support in realizing my dream
of becoming a professional oboist! You can help me by
transferring your donation on account number 8114842 on
behalf of Musicians without Borders in Alkmaar, The Netherlands
stating ‘New oboe for Tanja’. Thank you so
much!
